Like are these two even real, am I right?
For their amazing day they had friends and family fly in from all over. From the most fun wedding party to the amazing first look on a rooftop in the middle of Downtown Toronto, this wedding was nothing but dreams for these two. I always make YOUR EXPERIENCE my priority on your wedding day. Knowing that all their loved ones from all around the world were going all be in one room JUST for them this day was time I didn’t want to take away from them. With plans to walk to different locations for photos with their wedding party I instead suggested an industrial backdrop across the street. This saved us time that they better spent with all their guests. It’s the little things like this that are most important to me. That YOU have the best experience. This day only happens once and I want to make sure it’s everything my couples hope and dream it would be.
Megan and Mathieu were SO in the moment every minute of this day. I couldn’t help but have tears of my own when Mathieu first say Megan on that windy rooftop and when they exchanged their personal vows to one another. These two are crazy in love and it was a pleasure for me and my second shooter Jessica Melanie Photography to be there for their unforgettable day.
“I just had a strong sense that I should really go… and I’m obviously very happy I did. We got to spend 2 beautiful days together on the beaches there, before I flew back home to Los Angeles, never expecting to see each other again. Then one morning 2 weeks later, I woke up to a text saying Mat had booked a flight to LA to spend his last bit of travel with me in California. We didn’t admit to ourselves then, but we were pretty much hooked from that point on. I flew back to Canada with him and spent a couple weeks there exploring Ottawa and Toronto before going back to the U.S……..I arrived in (Toronto) February, and in April we took a “birthday trip” for me to Tulum, and Mat proposed to me on the beach under the moonlight. It has been the most unexpected, beautiful adventure and I’m so excited to celebrate it next year with our friends and family.” – Megan
